摘　　要：目的 检测糖尿病患者唾液中葡萄糖、钙、镁含量,分析唾液成分含量的改变。方法 收集实验组及对照组受试者清晨非刺激状态下自然分泌的全唾液,应用 Beckman SYNCHRON CX7全自动生化分析仪进行葡萄糖、钙、镁含量分析。结果糖尿病组的唾液葡萄糖、钙、镁均明显高于对照组,二者差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 糖尿病患者唾液中的葡萄糖、钙、镁含量增加,说明唾液腺分泌功能发生改变,可视为糖尿病这一全身性代谢疾病的口腔局部表现。Objective To analyse the high level of glucose, calcium and magnesium concentration in the salivary of the patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods The glucose, calcium and magnesium concentration in unstimulated mixed salivary taken from the experimental group were measured. Results The salivary glucose concentration,calcium concentration and magnesium concentration were statistically significant in experimental and control groups. Conclusion The salivary glucose, calcium and magnesium concentration in patients with DM were significantly higher than those of the control group. It indicated the secretion function of salivary gland might change due to high blood glucose.
