摘　　要：在对现有的激光扫描方式进行实验研究和理论分析的基础上 ,找出了零件产生翘曲变形的原因 ,提出了一种新的扫描分区方法 。On the basis of the theory and the practice of the corrent laser scaning methods, the reasons of the part curl distortion are discovered, and a kind of new scanning method is proposed, which greatly guarantees the prototyping quality of the part.
