摘　　要：如何保证超长容器的“三度” ,即直线度、垂直度和平行度 ,是制造大型塔器的关键问题。根据近期制造的几台大型塔器 ,着重介绍了大型、薄壁、大长径比塔器设备的制造工艺以及一些关键工序的保证措施。The key issue in large tower device fabrication is to guarantee the linearity, rectangularity and parallel. Based on certain large tower devices fabricated by HBC recently, the manufacturing techniques and measures to guarantee the critical processes for large tower device with thin wall and great length diameter ratio are introduced.
