台湾地区施政评价与科技政策评价概况

摘　　要：从评价机构、施政计划管制考核平台、施政计划管制考核流程3个方面,介绍台湾地区的施政评价和科技政策计划评价现状,并从科技政策的范畴、发展体系、评价体系、评价趋势等方面,介绍台湾地区科技研究发展项目计划的绩效考评,旨在为祖国大陆地区有关工作提供借鉴。The paper introduces status quo of administration appraisal and sci-tech policy appraisal in Taiwan from 3 aspects of evaluation organization, control appraisal platform of administration program, and control appraisal process of administration program;and introduces performance evaluation of sci-tech research and development programs in Taiwan from aspects of category, development system, appraisal system, and appraisal trends of sci-tech policy, so as to provide references for relevant work in China mainland.
