人体隔腹膜毛细血管构型的扫描电镜研究

摘　　要：应用甲基丙烯酸甲酯毛细管铸型,对人胎膈腹膜毛细血管进行了扫描电镜观察.研究结果表明,人胎膈腹膜毛细血管的构型可分3种类型:(1)网囊型;(2)树枝型;(3)发丝型.在动脉性毛细血管的起始处,可见前毛细血管括约肌的压迹.本文并就人体膈腹膜微循环的功能作了讨论.The cast of fetus diaphragmatic capillary was observed with a scanning electron microscope. The resin was prepared from methyl methacrylatd. The results showed that three capillary configurations were existed: (a) reticular sac in shape; (b)dendritic type; (c)hair-like type. The constrictions of pre-capillary sphincters were found at the beginning of arterial capillary. In addition, the functions of peritoneal microcirculation in fetus di- aphragm were discussed.
