摘　　要：在1988年5月对HFRS病后1～10年148例调查的基础上,对其中的77例进行了第二次调查.结果:全身乏力占68.83％,头昏痛占48.05％,腰痛占41.55％,背胀占37.66％,心悸气短占20.77％.19例血清和/或尿液β_2-MG异常的患者,此次仍有6例血清β_2-MG大于3000ng/ml,9例尿β_2-MG大于150ng/ml,4例尿Alb,5例尿IgG,3例尿NAG异常.Based on the investigation of 148 cases 1 to 10 years after affected HFRS which has been performed in May,1988,we make a further study on the 77 cases out of them. The results are as follows;68. 83% of patients suffer general malaise, 48. 05% dizziness and headache, 41. 55% lumbago, 33. 66% fullness of back and 20. 77% palpitation. For the 19 cases previously associated with abnormal serum and/or urine β_2-MG,there are 6 cases remaining abnormal serum β_2-MG level (>3000ng/ml), 9 cases showing abnormal urine β_2-MG, (>150ng/ml) and 4,5 and 3 cases presenting urine Alb, IgG, NAG respectively.
