摘　　要：对1978～1987年10年逐日杭州市区道路交通事故与同期杭州的气象要素进行了统计分析,得出了事故高发的气象条件.对事故高发日的地面天气形势进行了普查,归纳出5种类型.制作了两套分月的回归方程,并结合有关形势预报等资料建立了可以逐日使用的事故等级预报流程.Based on the statistic and analysis of urban district traffic and local meteorological data in Hangzhou for 1978～1987. This paper shows the meteorological condition which is benefit accidents happened. We investi- gated the surface weather situation. Two kinds of monthly regression equation are gotten, and combine weather-prognostics and other data to set up technologic procedure, which can do accident grade prediction day by day, in order to proper authorities adopt measures to reduces traffic accidents.
