镁离子在弥漫性轴索损伤中的变化及意义

摘　　要：目的　分析弥漫性轴索损伤 (diffuseaxonalinjury ,DAI)中镁离子的变化及其和病情的关系。方法　根据GlasgowComaScale(GCS) ,将 3 8例DAI患者分为重型组和非重型组 ,分别测定伤后 8h ,2 ,4,6d血清镁离子浓度。结果　重型组较非重型组的血清镁离子浓度明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。Objective To analyze the possible relationship between the changes of serum ionized magnesium levels and the severity of diffuse axonal injury.Methods According to Glasgow Coma Scale,a total of 38 patients with DAI were divided into the severe group and the non severe group.The serum ionized magnesium were determined at 1/3,2,4,6 days after injury.Results The serum ionized magnesium in severe group was lower than that in non severe group( P <0.05).Conclusion The decline of serum ionized magnesium concertrain was related to the severity of DAI.
