摘　　要：目的 :总结保脾手术治疗脾外伤经验及效果。方法 :分析 1 993年以来收治的 2 56例脾外伤保脾手术病例。结果 :原位保脾 2 1 1例 (82 .4% ) ;部分除切术 1 61例 ,其中保脾量≥ 1 2脾 74例 ;脾片移植 45例 ,治愈 2 55例 ,治愈率 99.61 % ,原位保脾病例术后恢复良好。结论 :采用脾血流控制技术是提高脾外伤保脾手术质量的前提 ,根据脾损伤部位。Objective:To summarize the experience and effect on spleen preserve salvage procedure for splenic injury.Methods:A total of 256 cases of splenic injury, having been treated with salvage procedure from 1993 to 2002, were studied. Results:There were 211 cases with splenic salvage in situ(82.4%).161 cases with partial splenectomy, among them,74 cases were saved a half or more of the spleen,45 spleens were auto transplanted.255 cases were cured (99.61%) ,and one patient died of MOF.Conclusions:Splenic blood inflow control technique can improve the quality of splenic salvage operation. A successful splenic salvage operation relies on the choice of suitable operation techniques on the basis of factors such as the injury location, severity,extent and the injured depth.
