自动缫生丝与立缫生丝性能比较分析

摘　　要：对23 dtex(20/22D)自动缫生丝和立缫生丝的内在质量进行了专项实验和比较分析,结果表明:自动缫生丝的纤度偏差、断裂强度、抱合优于立缫丝.而均匀Ⅱ度变化、断裂伸长率、强伸度的离散性差于立缫丝.还探讨了缫丝张力对生丝拉伸性能的影响,并建立了生丝抱合与生丝结构参数间的定量关系.Through specialized tests,the comparisons and analyses are made in this paper on the internal qualities of23 dtex (20/22d) automatic reeling raw silk and 23 dtex (20/22d) multi-end reeling raw silk. The resultsshow:the size deviation, breaking tenacity and cohesion of automatic reeling raw silk are superior to those ofmulti-end reeling raw silk,but former's evenness Ⅱ, cleanness,extension at break and dispersion of strength/elongation are inferior to those of latter. Discussions are also made on the influence of tension of reelingturead on raw silk's tensile property. The quantitative relations are set up between cohesion and structure pa-rameter.
