摘 要:用动态硫化法制备了共混型的 NBR/ CPE/ EVA热塑性弹性体 (TPE) ,讨论了橡塑并用比、增塑剂用量和填料类型等对热塑性弹性体力学性能的影响。研究结果表明 ,当橡塑并用比为 5 / 1~ 10 / 3、增塑剂用量为 2 0~ 30质量份、填料炭黑用量为 30质量份时 ,配合合理的动态硫化工艺条件 ,可以制得物理力学性能和加工性能优异的共混型的热塑性弹性体。The acrylonitrile-butadine rubber (NBR)/chlorinated polyethylene(CPE)/ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) thermoplastic elastomer(TPE) were prepared by means of dynamic vulcanization method. The relationship between blend radio (NBR/CPE/EVA), filler, plasticizer and mechanical properties, such as tensile strength, elongation at break, hardness, permanent set, were discussed. The experiment results show: when R/P ratio (mass) is 5/1~10/3, plasticizer and filler canbon black content are 20~30 phr and 30 phr respectively, the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) with excellent mechanical properties and processibility can be obtained at given dynamic vulcanization temperature and time. There is no any report yet about it.
