摘  要:研究了固相后缩聚对尼龙1212增粘的可行性,讨论了时间、温度、起始粘度等因素对尼龙1212增粘效果的影响。试验表明,固相后缩聚对于提高尼龙1212的粘度有显著作用,是制备高粘度尼龙1212的有效方法之一。采用固相后缩聚方法制备熔体流动速率(MFR)≤1g/10min的尼龙1212时,宜选择初始MFR在10~15g/10min的树脂,反应时间为8~14h,反应温度为175℃。The application of solid state post-polycondensation in Nylon 1212 was studied, including the influence of polymerization conditions, such as polymerization time, polymerization temperature and the initial viscosity on the viscosity increase of Nylon 1212. The experimental showed that the solid state post-polycondensation could remarkably improve the viscosity of Nylon 1212, and it could be use to improve the physical character of Nylon 1212. To produce Nylon 1212 with MFR<1 g/10 min, the proper MFR of the resin was 10 ~ 15 g/10 min, the proper temperature was 175℃, the proper polymerization time was 8 ~ 14 h.
