摘 要:采用化学交联的方法使PP树脂在发泡之前交联,以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为交联剂,二乙烯苯(BVM)为助交联剂,偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)为发泡剂,利用压制成型的方法制备了泡孔均匀、细密的PP泡沫板材。研究了发泡剂的用量及压制工艺条件对板材性能的影响。结果表明,当发泡剂AC的含量为2%,压制成型温度为180℃、压力为9MPa、时间为10min时PP板材的各项性能最优。PP resin was crosslinked before blowing by chemical crosslinking method to press PP foam board with well-distributed and fine blowing hole. Here, DCP was used as the crosslinking agent, BVM was used as the assisted crosslinking agent and AC was used as the blowing agent. The influences of the content of AC and the processing conditions on the property of the foam board were studied. The study result indicated that when the content of AC was 2% , the pressing temperature was 180℃,the pressure wae 9 MPa and the time was 10 min, the property of the board was the best.
