摘　　要：在聚氯乙烯(PVC)异型材生产、贮存、使用过程中,有时会出现PVC异型材表面有色差的现象。从原材料、生产工艺、贮存方法、使用方法等几个方面,通过大量的生产观察与试验结果的分析,全面论述了异型材表面色差现象产生的原因,同时提出了改善PVC异型材表面色差的措施与方法。The color difference in the surface of PVC profiles is sometimes arised in the process of production, storage and application. The reasons producing the color difference in the surface of PVC profiles were comprehensively discussed through many productive observations and test result analysis in the aspects of the raw materials, the production technology, the storage way and the usage. At the same time, the measures and methods are put forward to improve the color difference in the surface of PVC profiles.
