摘  要:目的考察栀子和黄芩对钩藤总碱致肝损伤的拮抗作用。方法 30只SD大鼠随机分为阴性对照组、阳性对照组和实验组,钩藤总碱30 mg/kg灌胃给药28 d造成肝损伤,同时浓缩栀子和黄芩水煎煮液治疗。结果钩藤总碱给药大鼠体重增长减慢,血中谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)含量升高,并且有肝细胞炎性损伤,栀子和黄芩水煎煮液可抑制钩藤总碱导致的AST、ALT升高和炎性损伤。结论栀子和黄芩的水提物能对抗钩藤总碱的肝毒性。Objective To investigate the inhibition of Gardenia jasminoides and Scutellaria baicalensis on hepatic damage induced by rhynchophylline total alkaloids. Methods The 30 SD rats were divided into negative control, positive control and experiment groups randomly. Rhynchophylline total alkaloids(30 mg / kg) were administrated po for 28 days and to induce hepatic damage in the rats. Meanwhile,extraction of Gardenia jasminoides and Scutellaria baicalensis was employed to treat this damage. Results Rhynchophylline total alkaloids hindered the increasing of rats’ weight,increased blood AST / ALT,and resulted in hepatic inflammatory damage. Extraction of Gardenia jasminoides and Scutellaria baicalensis decreased the ratio of AST / ALT,alleviated the damage of hepatic tissue. Conclusion Gardenia jasminoides and Scutellaria baicalensis can antagonize the hepatotoxicity of rhynchophylline total alkaloids.
