摘　　要：目的了解海军某部官兵健康状况,医疗服务需求量、利用量及其影响因素,为卫生管理部门决策提供依据。方法 2014年采用抽样调查的方法对海军某部1731名官兵进行了问卷调查。结果海军某部官兵两周患病率为36.9%,两周患病严重程度较低。按照疾病系统分类,两周患病以骨骼肌肉系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、消化系统疾病为主。不同人员类别及不同年龄的海军某部官兵两周患病率差异显著,其中年龄较长者及干部患病率高。两周患病就诊率为39.0%,未就诊原因主要为自感病轻及自我治疗,就诊医疗机构主要为基层医疗机构。结论海军某部官兵两周患病率高,卫生服务需求增加,两周患病就诊率低,卫生服务利用减少,同时职业相关的常见病、多发病患病率高。为维护和促进健康水平,应大力开展健康教育,提升卫生机构保障能力,加强职业疾病防治的科学研究。Objective To understand the health status of certain naval unit,demand and utilization of health services,and its influential factors,so as to give advice to health management institutions for the policy development. Methods A total of 1731 soldiers from certain naval unit were sampled for the questionnaire survey in 2014. Results The two weeks prevalence rate was 36.9%,with severity low. From the view of disease system,the two-week illness was mainly with diseases of the musculoskeletal system,respiratory system,and digestive system. The two weeks prevalence rate had significant differences because of different personnel category and age,which of older people and cadres was higher than that of others. The two weeks prevalence visit rate was 39.0%. The reasons for unavailability of treatment were feelings of non-serious illness and self-treatments.The medical institutions of clinic visits were grassroots medical institutions. Conclusion The two weeks prevalence rate was high and demand of health services increased. The two weeks prevalence visit rate was low and utilization of health services decreased. The prevalence rate of common and frequently career-related diseases was high. To maintain and promote health of naval forces,it should be carring out health education vigorously,improving support ability of health institutions,and strengthening scientific research in occupational disease prevention and treatment.
