摘  要:石墨材料经改性酚醛树脂浸渍固化后,机械强度显著提高,并具有普通酚醛树脂所不具备的耐碱性。改性酚醛树脂的最佳浸渍温度为40~60℃,最佳固化温度为160~180℃,最佳固化压力为0.6~1.5MPa。用此改性酚醛树脂作石墨材料浸渍剂,只需2次浸渍后即可达到不透性,较其他树脂减少1~2次浸固循环次数,而且不需要添加固化剂。A new type resin was synthesized and used to impregnate carbon material, of which the mechanical strength and the properties of alkalis resistance was greatly improved in comparison to the traditional impregnation agent such as furan resin and epoxy resin. For the new ether phenolic resin, the optimum dipping temperature is 40 - 60℃, and the optimum temperature for curing is 160 - 180℃ with the curing pressure being around 0. 6 - 1. 5 MPa. The properties of carbon material treated twice with the new type resin are better than those treated three or four times with traditional or common resins. For the novel resin, no curing agentis needed during curing process.
