国内外运动员培养体制的比较研究

摘　　要：中国的运动员培养体制从上世纪五十年代开始至今,培养了大批的优秀运动员,在世界三大赛上,取得了优异的运动成绩,为祖国争得了荣誉.但是,随着社会主义市场经济的不断深入和对外开放程度的不断扩大,这种培养体制的弊端也逐渐显露,已经影响到整个竞技体育事业的可持续发展.本文通过对国外运动员和中国运动员培养体制的比较分析,为中国运动员培养体制的健康发展提出建议.Since last 50 s,quite many great athletes have been cultivated through China's athlete training system and they've achieved magnificent success in the top three world contests and added fame to the country.With the deepening of the socialist market economy and the broadening of the opening up to the outside world,however,the disadvantages of the training system begin to show and have already affected the sustainable development of the whole sports.This paper compares the training system of China and those of the foreign countries and proposes some suggestions for the healthy development of the China's athlete training system.
