摘　　要：介绍了DQ - 2型球形高效催化剂在间歇式液相本体法聚丙烯生产装置上进行工业应用的试验研究 ,试验证明 ,该催化剂具有节水、节电、反应平稳且操作时间短等聚合反应特性 ,催化剂活性平均为 4 2kgPP/ (gCat) ,一级品率达 90 % ,并与非球型高效催化剂进行了比较。The research on the industrial application of the high performance catalyst of spherical type DQ-2 in a small-scale polypropylene plant of batch process is introduced. The test indicates that the catalyst has the features of polymerization reaction such as water and energy saving, stable and quick operation ect., the activity of the catalyst 44kgPP/(gCat),the ratio of first grade product reaches 90%. Comparision is also made between the high performance catalysts of spherical shape and non-spherical shape.
