摘 要:研究了NR/BR/NBR并用胶的结构与性能。透射电子显微镜分析显示,随着NBR用量的增大,炭黑的分散趋于均匀;NR/BR/NBR并用胶出现两个玻璃化温度,在0℃时的tanδ值增幅较大,而在65和80℃时的tanδ值变化不大;并用胶物理性能变化不大。通过调节NBR用量可获得抗湿滑性能较好、滚动阻力和生热小的胎面胶。The structure and properties of NR/BR/NBR blend were investigated. It was found through the analysis by TEM that as the proportion of NBR increased;the distribution of carbon black tended to more even;two glass transition temperatures existed in the blend;the tanδ at 0 ℃ increased greatly and the tanδ at 65 and 80 ℃ decreased at first and then increased in a small range; and the physical properties of blend changed little. A new type of tread compound based on NR/BR/NBR with good wet traction,low rolling resistance and low heat build-up could be obtained by adjusting the proportion of NBR in the blend.
