摘 要:采用MARC非线性有限元软件,根据9.00—20轮胎的实际结构,通过对轮胎的材料非线性和几何非线性以及帘线-橡胶复合材料各向异性的综合考虑,建立了三维有限元分析模型,并对轮胎自由充气时各部位的应力进行了分析,讨论了胎冠帘线角βK对充气断面宽B′和充气外直径D′的影响,得出了在轮胎设计中具有重要意义的B′和D′取值。该方法的分析值与实测结果基本吻合。By means of MARC softwares 3D FEA model of tire was built up based on the actural structure of 9. 00 - 20 cross-ply tire and taking the material nonlinearity, the geometric nonlinearity and the anisotropy of cord /rubber composite into account. The stress distribution at the different parts of tire during inflation was analysed , and the effect of the cord angle at crown βK on the inflated cross-sectional width B' and the inflated overall diameter D' was discussed. The B' and D' values calculated by the model agreed well with the measured results.
