Influences of Cr Content on High Temperature Oxidation Behavior of Two Nickel-Based Alloy Coatings

摘  要: 采用增重法对铬含量分别为30%和43%的两种镍基合金涂层在500,650℃和750℃下的热腐蚀行为进行了研究。并使用配有能量色散谱仪的扫描电镜以及X射线衍射仪等检测设备对涂层腐蚀产物的形貌、成分和相组成进行了分析。发现铬含量对镍基合金涂层的抗热腐蚀性能和机理有着重要的影响。铬含量为43%的涂层,在其腐蚀产物内层生成了连续的Cr2O3保护膜,可有效地抑制腐蚀反应的进程。Thermogravimetric method was used to investigate the oxidation behavior of two nickel\|based alloy coatings at 500 ℃, 650 ℃ and 800 ℃. One of the coatings was made from commercial Ni71Cr30 alloy, the other was a high\|Cr\|content (40\|45wt%) nickel\|based alloy newly developed in the author's research group. SEM and XRD were used to reveal the morphologies and compositions of oxidation products and to determine their phase structures, respectively. The experimental results indicated that the Cr content played an important role in the coatings' oxidation resistance and oxidation mechanisms. The coatings made from the high\|Cr\|alloy developed a continuous Cr2O3 layer, which could further restrain the oxidation process effectively.
