摘　　要：以调整催化剂Al/Si及聚合釜内氢气/丙烯等聚合工艺的关键问题为技术开发重点,在气相法工艺200 kt/a聚丙烯工业生产装置上,开发和生产了双向拉伸聚丙烯烟用包装膜专用树脂F 1002。F 1002的熔体流动指数为2.6～3.0g/10 min,屈服拉伸强度大于或等于30 MPa,等规指数为96.5%～97.55,雾度小于或等于6%。用户使用反映,F 1002成型性好,制品具有挺度高、透明性好等优点。A kind of speciality biaxial oriented polypropylene (BOPP) resin F 1002 for cigarette packing film was developed and produced with gas phase polymerization process in a polypropylene (PP) plant having capacity of 200 kt/a, taking adjustment of the ratio of Al to Si of the catalyst and the ratio of H2 to propylene inside the polymerizer as the key points in the technological development. The speciality resin has melt index of 2.6 - 3.0 g/10 min, tensile strength at yield equal to or higher than 30 MPa, isotactic index of 96.5%-97.5% and haze value equal to or lower than 6%. The speciality resin features good processability in forming, high stiffness of articles and high transparency in accordance with the positive response from the customers.
