填充型聚丙烯材料阻燃性能的研究

摘　　要：以八溴联苯醚为主阻燃剂,三氧化二锑为协同剂制备PP阻燃材料,该法效果好,工艺简单。研究结果表明,在制备填充型聚丙烯阻燃材料时,以含SiO_2,Al_2O_3成分的填料对聚丙烯的阻燃性能影响最小。Flame retardancy of polypropylene composite was studied. Octarbromo diphenyl was used as chief flame retardant and Sb2O3 as assistant. The experimental results show that the composite's properties are satisfactory and the technology is simple.The results also show that those fillers containing SiO2 and Al2O3 have less effect on flame retardancy.
