摘  要:组合式多功能热采泵在结构上采用了上、下2个同尺寸管径的工作筒,2个同径柱塞,1个中心导油管来实现大泵深抽强排技术,在上下泵筒之间增加一套环流注汽阀,实现下放杆注汽,在转抽时上提杆柱使柱塞进入工作位置,实现不动管柱转抽技术。该热采泵集下放管柱注汽技术、不动管柱转抽技术、检泵自动泄油技术及深抽强排技术于一体,具有注汽流道面积大、排液量大、泵效高、操作简便、安全可靠和高效节能等优点。现场试验表明,它可提高热采油井综合效率10%~15%,提高采油强度40%~50%。A multifunctional compound pump is developed for use in thermal recovery. The pump adopts upper and lower mandrels with the same inside diameters, and has two plungers with the same diameter and a central oil conduit. A circulation steam injection valve is fixed between the upper barrel and the lower barrel to realize steam injection when lowering the rpd string. Lifting the rod string to place the plunger in operating position to carry out oil pumping operation. The pump has the advantages of large steam injection flow area, large lifting rate, high pump efficiency, and it is reliable and easy to operate. Field use shows that it can improve the comprehensive efficiency of thermal recovery wells by 10%-15%, and enhances the oil recovery intensity by 40%-50%.
