摘　　要：根据用户对洗衣机内桶料HHP1使用的要求,通过与进口产品性能对比,研究了成核剂、爽滑剂、分子量对产品性能的影响,通过优化工艺操作,开发出综合性能优良的聚丙烯洗衣机内桶专用料HHP3,经用户使用、检测证明。According to the user's need for HHP1 used to make the bucket of washing machine , we researched into influence of nucleates anti - friction and molecular weight on the product characters through comparing with the import products. As a result , we got the better HHP3 used to make the bucket of washing machine by optimizing the technical process. It has been proved by using and testing that import products could be substituted completely for HHP3 .
