摘 要:从贵州产冬凌草[Isodon rubescens(Hemsl.)Hara]中分离得到12个6,7-断裂-7,20-内酯-对映-贝壳杉烷二萜化合物,经波谱分析鉴定了它们的结构,其中有7个新化合物,分别命名为贵州冬凌草乙素~辛素(guidongnins B~H,1~7),以及卢氏冬凌草甲素(8)、卢氏冬凌草乙素(9)、贵州冬凌草素(10)、狭叶香茶菜素(angustifolin,11)和6-表狭叶香茶菜素(6-epiangustifolin,12)等5个已知化合物.另外,将作者原命名的贵州冬凌草素(guidongnin,10)更名为贵州冬凌草甲素(guidognin A,10),并利用二维核磁共振波谱技术修订了卢氏冬凌草乙素的结构.Twelve 6, 7-seco-7, 20-olide-ent-kaurane diterpenoids, including seven new compounds named guidongnins B similar to H (1 similar to 7) and five known ones identified as ludongnin A (8), ludongnin B (9), guidongnin (10), angustifolin (11) and 6-epiangustifolin (12), were isolated from Isodon rubescens collected in Guizhou Province. On the basis of spectroscopic evidences, the new compounds were elucidated as 16 ( R)-methyl-6, 7-seco-6, 19; 7, 20-diolide-ent-kaur-15-one (1), 16 (R)-methyl-11alpha-hydroxy-6, 7-seco-6, 19; 7,20-diolide-ent-kaur-15-one (2), 16 (S)-hydroxymethyl-11alpha-hydroxy-6,7-seco-6,19;7,20-diolide-ent-kaur-15-one (3), 16(R)-methyl-6alpha-hydroxy-6, 7-seco-6,19-epoxy-7, 20-olide-ent-kaur-15-one (4), 16 (R)-methyl-6beta-hydroxy-6, 7-seco-6, 19-epoxy-7,20-olideent-kaur-15-one (5), 6beta,15beta-dihydroxy-6,7-seco-6,19-epoxy-7,20-olide-enx-kaur-16-ene (6) and 16(R)-methyl-19beta-oxymethyl-6,7-seco-6,19-epoxy-7,20-olide-ent-kaur-15-one (7), respectively. The structure of ludongnin B was revised by 2D-NMR spectra and the name of guidongnin (10) was renamed guidongnin A (10).
