羊踯躅果实中的二萜化合物

摘　　要：从杜鹃花科植物羊踯躅(Rhododendron molle)的果实中分离并鉴定出2种新的木藜芦烷型二萜化合物rhodomolleins ⅩⅨ(1)和ⅩⅩ(2)以及1种已知的木藜芦烷型二萜化合物rhodojaponinⅢ(3),它们的结构通过多种波谱方法测定;化合物3在离体豚鼠心肌细胞实验中对钠离子通道电流有显著抑制作用(p<0.05),显示对钠离子通道有拮抗作用,从而从单细胞及离子通道水平阐明了该化合物对心肌细胞作用的部分离子机制.Studies on the fruits of Rhododendron molle led to isolation of two new diterpenoids rhodomolleins XIX (1) and XX (2) together with a known diterpenoid rhodojaponin III (3). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data. The effect of 3 on sodium channel of isolated guinea-pig ventricular myocytes, was also studied. In the whole cell patch-clamp mode, 3 decreased sodium current remarkably (p < 0.05), which suggested that 3 was an effective sodium channel antagonist.
