摘  要:在普定水电站液压启闭机改造维修过程中 ,发现开启的闸门会出现在气温升高时自动升高、气温降低时自动降低的现象。普定水电站 2× 80 0kN液压启闭机 ,当气温由 2 3℃变为 30℃时 ,油缸活塞理论最大上移量为 38mm ;如果油缸上腔亦加液压锁 ,液压油无法泄漏 ,油缸活塞不会上移 ,则油缸内油压理论上将增加 10MPa。In the transformation and repair of the hydrau lic hoist of Puding hydropower station, it's found that when air temperature rises the opened gate can automatically move up and when air temperature goes down the opened gate also can automatically move down. With regard to the 2800 kN hydraulic hoist of puding hydropower station, when air temperature rises from twenty three centigrade to thirty centigrade, the cylinder stopcock could theoretically raise thirty-eight millimeter at most. If the hydraulic unit locked the top of cylinder, the hydraulic oil cannot leak and the cylinder stopcock could not ascend, then the oil pressure of the cylinder would theoretically increase ten MPa.
