摘  要:我国大容量高转速可逆式蓄能机组设计制造正处于起步阶段 ,其技术引进的重点是产品设计技术 ,如全流道水力设计、推力轴承设计、轴系稳定、通风冷却、运行控制、变频调速等核心技术。抽水蓄能机组是高技术且不是定型产品 ,初期应以外商为技术经济责任方 ,国内企业通过联合试验、联合设计和合作生产 ,逐步掌握大容量高转速混流可逆式蓄能机组设计制造技术。要做好引进技术的消化、吸收、跟踪和二次开发工作 ;建立科学的人才培养机制 ,加大开发研究的投入力度 ,加强和稳定技术人才队伍 ;坚持有所为、有所不为 ,逐步开发具有自主知识产权的制造可逆式蓄能机组的先进技术 ,形成核心竞争力 。The design and fabrication of large capacity, high speed and reversible pumped- storage power unit is just started in China, andthe technical introduction is mainly for the key technologies such as the hydraulic design of full flow passage, the thrust bearing design, shaft system stabilization, ventilation and cooling system, operation control, frequency conversion and speed regulation, etc. The pumped-storage power unit is one of hi-tech products but not a shaped product. At the initial period, the foreign manufacturer isusually the responsible party for technical design and domestic manufacture is apartner for joint design, joint test and fabrication to master step by step the design and fabrication techniques of large capacity, high speed and reversiblepumped-storage power unit. There is something to do to digest, absorb, track and develop the techniques introduced, to establish scientifically the talent training system, to increase the input for development and research work, to stress and stabilize technical forces, to develop gradually the modern technique with own intellective property right for reversible pumped-storage power unit, thus the key competitive force could be formed to achieve initiative in the worldwide market.
