养寿丹对肾阳虚痴呆模型的抗衰益智作用观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨养寿丹的抗衰益智作用。方法 :利用新建Alzheimer病肾阳虚大白鼠模型 ,采用邻苯三酚法测定SOD及TBA反应比色法测LPO、荧光发光法检测肝、脑脂褐质的含量。结果 :模型组大鼠肝脏、大脑皮层及海马SOD活性比对照组显著下降、血清LPO及全脑脂褐质显著升高 (P<0 0 1,P <0 0 0 1) ,给药组SOD活性比模型组明显提高 ,LPO及全脑脂褐质比模型组明显减少 (P<0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,其中养寿丹组比脑复康组更明显 (P <0 0 5 ) ;但养寿丹高剂量组对大鼠血清LPO、肝脏及全脑脂褐质降低更明显 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :提示养寿丹的抗氧化作用是其抗衰益智作用的基础之一。To explore the anti-ageing and benefiting wit effect of Yang Shou Dan (YSD).Met hods:Using the rats' model with Alzheimer's disease combining Yang deficiency of kidney and inspecting the activity of SOD in liver,pallium and hippocampus,LPO in serum and lipofuscin in the brain of rats according to the literature.Rresult s:SOD in liver,pallium and hippocampus,LPO in serum and lipofuscin in brain with model rats was much more than control group ( P<0.01、P<0.001 );YSD and Pir acetam Tablets (PT) can reverse the notably ( P<0.05,P<0.01 ) and YSD is be tter than PT( P>0.05 ).The low dose of YSD in decreasing LPO in serum and lip ofuscin in brain was prominence ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion:It is indicated that th e anti-ageing and benefit wit effect of YSD was based on the function of ant ox idation.
