摘　　要：目的 :观察灯盏细辛注射液对脑梗塞患者血浆LPO及SOD的影响。方法 :用灯盏细辛注射液治疗脑梗塞患者 30例。观察治疗前后血浆中LPO及SOD含量的变化 ,并与 2 0例健康人对比。结果 :脑梗塞患者血浆中脂质过氧化物明显高于健康人 ,而超氧化物歧化酶明显低于健康人 ,给灯盏细辛治疗后 ,血浆中LPO明显降低 ,SOD则有明显增高。结论 :灯盏细辛注射液作为一种良好的外源性氧自由基清除剂 ,可降低血黏度 ,保护细胞膜 ,从而降低血LPO、提高SOD含量。Objection:Observing the effect on plasma LPO(Lipid peroxidation) and SOD(Superox ide dismutase) of cerebral infarction patients for application of Dengzhan Xixin .Methods:30 cerebral infarction patients as therapy group were therapie d by Dengzhan Xixin injection and the value of LPO and SOD was measured before a nd after treatment for 30 patients.20 health human as normal control group.Results :Compare with the normal control group.value of plasma LPO increased and value o f plasma SOD are reduced in the therapy group.After application of Dengzhan Xixi n injection,plasma LPO reduced and plasma SOD rised were observed for cerebral i n farction patients.Conclusion:Dengzhan Xixin injection is an effective ectogenesi s drug for cleaning oxygen-derived free radidicals,which play a role of decrease ing plasma LPO and increasing SOD through reduce blood viscosity and protecte ce ll membrane.
