尖吻蝮蛇毒无出血活性纤维蛋白溶解酶对动物凝血功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨尖吻蝮蛇毒无出血活性纤维蛋白溶解酶 (Non- hem onrrhagic fibrinolytic enzyme,NHFL E)对动物凝血功能的影响。方法 :用动物体内外实验方法观察 NHFL E对富血小板血浆中经 ADP诱导的血小板聚集的影响及 NHFL E对凝血功能的影响。结果 :NHFL E能明显延长全血凝固时间、活化的部分凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间和凝血酶原时间 ,产生抗凝作用。动物体内注射 NHFL E后血浆纤维蛋白原含量降低 ,优球蛋白的溶解时间缩短。结论 :尖吻蝮蛇毒 NHFL E对动物的凝血功能有影响 。Objective:To study the anticoagulant effect of non hemorrhagic fibrinolytic enzyme from Agk istrodon acutus venom .Methods:By means of turbidimetry platelet aggregation assays were perfomed in platelet rich plasma and to measure anticoagulant effect on animals . Result:The non hemorrhagic fibrinolytic enzyme did not inhibited platelet aggregation induced by ADP.The experiment in vitro and in vivo also showed that the non hemorrhagic fibrinolytic enzyme could obviously prolong clotting time,activated partial thromboplastin time,plasma protrombin time,thrombin time to produce anticoagulant effect.It was clear that the non hemorrhagic fibrinolytic enzyme would decrease fibrinogen and shorten euglobulin lysis time when rabbits was injected by iv the non hemorrhagic fibrinolytic enzyme.Conclusion:The non hemorrhagic fibrinolytic enzyme from Agkistrodon acutus venom has obvious anticoagulant effect on experimental animals.
