肥胖病针灸从脾论治

摘　　要：肥胖病是目前临床常见病之一 ,并能引发多种其它疾病。本文从中医理论探讨了针灸治疗肥胖病的机理。根据中医脾胃理论 ,结合现代医学观点及实验研究 ,阐述了肥胖病的治疗应以理脾为本 ,针灸治疗肥胖 ,以刺激人体局部经穴 ,而达至人体整体机能调节作用。同时提出了以健脾利湿为主的针灸减肥大法及临床具体的配穴治疗方法。As one of the common clinical diseases,obesity may lead to other illnesses.The paper discusses the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of obesity based on the traditional Chinese medicine.In accordance with the theory of spleen and stomach in traditional Chinese medicine,combined with modern medicine and experiment,the paper suggests that the treatment should be based on the regulation of spleen,and use the acupuncture to stimulate the body to achieve the overall regulation of the function of the body.The paper puts forward the treatment of obesity focused on invigorating spleen and removing dampness and proper clinical therapies.
