摘  要:目的 :观察慢性应激所致疲劳状态下电针百会、足三里、太冲穴对下丘脑 β -内啡肽含量的影响。方法 :采用慢性应激所致疲劳大鼠模型 ,测定电针治疗后对下丘脑β -内啡肽含量的影响。结果 :模型组下丘脑中β -内啡肽含量升高 ,电针治疗后其含量趋于正常。结论 :电针使脑内β -EP的含量减少 ,从而减轻β -EP对应激所致疲劳后脑组织的损伤 ,起到调节心理—神经—免疫学网络和对慢性疲劳综合征治疗的作用。Objective:Observing the effect of electroacupuncture of “baihui”,“Zusanli” and “Taichong” on the β-Endorphin in hypothalamus under the condition of fatigue caused by chronic stress.Method:Establishing the stress-induced rat model of chronic fatigue and measuring the level of β-Endorphin of hypothalamus after electroacupuncture therapy.Results:The level of β-Endorphin of hypothalamus in model control group was obviously higher than that of normal control group,and tended to be normal after electroacupuncture therapy.Conclusion:Electroacupuncture may remarkably reduce the level of β-Endorphin of hypothalamus in the chronic fatigue rat model,regulate the imbalance of the mechanism of Psychoneuroimmunology network and cure CFS.
