摘　　要：本文介绍典型软件封面的设计要点,并通过 Visual Basic 6.0调用 Windows API函数的示例,描述软件启动过程中使封面始终处于屏幕最前端,以及限制鼠标的活动范围、设置活动鼠标的技巧和方法。The essay introduces the key points of the designing of typical software's front cover, and describes the skills and methods of making the front cover always in the foremost on the screen, limiting the scope of the mouse and setting up mobile mouse by using the example of Visual Basic 6.0 calling the function of Windows API.
