摘　　要：从美学角度,对中日两国的园林进行了比较。认为:在审美主体上,中国偏于文人,日本偏于武人和僧人;审美中介上,中国偏于艺术地把握,日本偏于宗教地把握;审美客体上,中国偏于人工,日本偏于自然。This thesis compares Chinese and Japanese gardens aesthetically and con-cludes that:in terms of aesthetic subject,the Chinese gardens emphasis on scholars while the Japanese ones emphasis on warriors and monks;in terms of aesthetic medium,the Chinese ones keep beauty in an artistic way while the Japanese ones in a religious way;and in terms of aesthetic object,the Chinese ones emphasis on ar-tificial design while the Japanese ones on natural formation.
