术中超声在复杂性肾结石中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的　减少多发性肾结石手术中结石残留及肾组织的损伤。方法　在复杂性肾结石术中实时超声监视。结果　 5 5例复杂性肾结石行术中超声检查 ,结石残留率为 3.6 7%。结论　应用术中超声检查提高了复杂性肾结石术的成功率 ,节省了手术时间 。Objective To reduce the remaining rate and renal injury of complex reneral stones during the surgery.Methods Using intraoperative ultrasound in monitoring lithotomy of 55 cases of complex renal stones.Result There are only 3 67percent stones existing in kidney after operation.Conclusion We considered that the method of intraoperative ultrasonic monitoring can locate the stone exactly,therefore increases the success rate,saves the time as well as reduces the complication of operation.
