摘  要:Chevgu-1井是胜利油田和美国雪佛龙公司合作的第一口探井。Chevgu-1井位于济阳坳陷沾化凹陷垦利古潜山东侧垦94断块,主要目的是探明古生界灰岩裂缝、溶洞含油气情况。该地区断层多,中生界、古生界地层破碎,压力系数低,约为1.00~1.03,裂缝、溶洞发育,钻进过程中钻井液密度高时发生井漏,钻井液密度低时易造成沙河街、中生界地层中的页岩层和煤层的井壁坍塌。该井三开井段采用聚乙二醇钻井液体系。现场应用表明,该钻井液具有良好的剪切稀释性和润滑性,携带悬浮岩屑能力强。起下钻正常,开泵顺利,井底无沉砂和厚虚泥饼现象;钻井液性能稳定,高温稳定性好。聚乙二醇钻井液对稳定井壁和减少井下事故和复杂情况起到了较好的作用。Well Chevgu-1 is the first exploration well drilled by Shengli Oilfield Company cooperating with Chevron Company of U. S.. It locates in the 94th block of Jiyang depression with the main objective to find the hydrocarbon content of fracturing and caving limestone reservoir in the Palaeozoic. In the block, the formations are characterized with many faults and such features as stratum breaking, low pressure factor of 1. 00-1. 03 anddeveloped fracturing and cave in the Mesozoic and Palaeozoicp formation. Thus, circulation loss is easy to occur during drilling with high density drilling fluid and hole sloughing often occur in shale and coal bed in the condition of using low density. To cope with the above troubles, polyethylene glycol (PEG) drilling fluid has been used in field. Results show that the drilling fluid has such properties as good shear-thinning and lubricity, strong solids carrying and suspending and excellent heat stability. Using this drilling fluid, no sand setting and poor quality mud-cake are formed in the hole bottom and round-trip and pumping operations are smooth. In addition, PEG drilling fluid is very useful for stabilizat-ing hole wall and avoiding complex accident.
