摘  要:针对安棚深层系低孔低渗、存在高角度微裂缝以及潜在损害主要以碱敏、压力敏感和水敏为主的特点。在钻井过程中探索出一套适应安棚深层系的油气层保护技术,射孔作业采用优化射孔参数、负压差射孔和射孔-联作等。实验表明,采用带纤维状颗粒的低荧光复合屏蔽暂堵剂JDB-Ⅱ有利于提高裂缝性储层的封堵效果,能在裂缝性岩心2~4cm内形成致密屏蔽带,避免裂缝性漏失。安棚深层系在现场应用中注重各环节的油气层保护:采用近平衡钻井技术、在施工中严把入井材料质量关、强化钻目的层前的预处理、保证钻井液中有足够的油气层保护材料、控制好钻井液密度、减少压力激动、采用深穿透射孔枪弹,使污染程度明显降低,表皮系数由12.48下降到1.57,试油结果表明54%的井获得工业油气流,采油和注水效果得到明显改善。There was no great breakthrough on exploratory development deep formation in Anpeng oilfield because of such reasons as elusive reservoir existence, more light component and less benzene ring in oil, it is difficult to find the reservoir and formation damage occurs during drilling. A formation protection technology has been developed based on such characteristics as low porosity and low permeability, high angle micro-fracture existence, and potential damage of alkali sensitive, pressure sensitive and water sensitive behavior. The technology also includes perforation parameter optimizing and negative pressure perforating techniques. Laboratory tests show that low fluorescence compound shield temporary plugging agent with fiber particle JDB- Ⅱ benefits to improving plugging effect to pore/fracture reservoir and form 2 - 4 cm compact shielding zone in fracture core, so that fracture circulation loss can be avoided. In field applica- tion, the following techniques were used to protect deep formation in Anpeng: near balanced drilling; additives quality controlling; pretreatment intensify of drilling fluid before drill in; ensuring enough protecting additives in drilling fluid; adjusting drilling fluid density into appropriate rang and reducing pressure kick, using deep penetrating bullet, etc. . Formation testing results showed that reservoir damage was decreased remarkably and the skin factor was dropped from 12. 48 to 1. 57. Meanwhile, 54% wells of the oilfield have obtained the commercial value and effects of oil recovery and water flooding are increased effectively.
