摘  要:硝酸粉末酸化工艺技术是利用硝酸与盐酸按一定比例形成的“王水”所具有的强腐蚀性,有效地去除地层油路通道中的堵塞,而不破坏地层结构,提高地层渗透率。通过试验优选出基础配方为:(15%~18%)H1+(3%~5%)H2+(7%~10%)WN-02+1.0%FR-Cl/LH-9+1.5%NTA+2.0%高温缓蚀剂+1.0%增效剂+其它添加剂。现场应用表明,硝酸粉末酸化工艺不仅适用于碳酸盐岩,也适用于砂岩和特殊岩性,它具有暂堵转向、深穿透、高溶失和低伤害的特点,对岩心的溶失率比常规酸化提高20%以上,可以解决水堵、油堵等,同时与地层配伍性好,对原油的破乳率高达95%以上;硝酸粉末酸化工艺对油管及套管的腐蚀率小,腐蚀速率仅为3.31 g/(m2·h)。该技术在现场施工有效率达到100%,平均增产倍数达13.48,取得了很好的经济效益。Nitric acid powder acidizing technology is using aqua regia, a strong corrosive mixture of hydrochloric and acids, to remove plugging in formation and to increase formation permeability without structure damage of the formation. The basic formulation of the additive has been optimized by testing and that is: (15%-18%)H1+(3%-5%)H2 + (7%-10%)WN-02+1.0% FR-Cl/LH-9 + 1. 5% NTA+2. 0% high temperature corrosion inhibitor+1. 0% potentiating agent + other material. Field application showed that the technology is not only adequate for carbonate formation but also for sandstone and some special formations with the properties such as reverse temporary plug, deep penetrate, strong corrosion ( corrosion ratio is over 20% than that of conventional acid), good compatibility with formation and low damage. Meanwhile, nitric acid powder has low corrosion rate of 3. 3 g/(m2·h) to tubing and casing. Using this technology in field, problems of water block and oil block can be resolved and over 90% crude oil can be demulsi-fied, thus, success ratio of 100% and average increase production of 13. 48 times have been obtained.
