摘 要:为解决钻井施工中深部地层或复杂地层的井壁稳定、高温老化、抗盐抗钙和油层保护等技术问题,开展了以硅氟产品SF260、SFJ-1、SKHM为主剂的新型抗高温、抗盐、抗钙钻井液的研究,并对SF260和SFJ-1进行了综合评价及与同类处理剂的对比试验,针对盐膏层和泥页岩地层特点,优选出了硅氟聚磺钻井液配方。室内试验表明,SF260具有很好的抗高温、抗盐、抗钙的性能,降粘效果明显;SFJ-1能满足深井抗高温钻井施工要求,是一种良好的深井抗高温降滤失剂;SKHM具有良好的抑制泥页岩水化分散作用;硅氟钻井液转型较容易。现场应用表明,硅氟钻井液抗温能力强,流变性能稳定;具有良好的抑制性、膨润土容量限高,岩屑代表性强,保证了地质取全取准资料;具有良好的抑制防塌能力,缩短了钻井周期和油气层的浸泡时间,较好地保护了油气层,完井各项作业顺利。A novel drilling fluid with siliconfluorine products SF260,SFJ-1 and SKHM as the main agent was developed to solve problems of hole stabilization, high temperature aging,salt and calcium contamination, formation protecting whichoccured in deep formation or complex formation during drilling. Agents SF260 and SFJ-1 were evaluated comprehensively and compared with the same category products. A siliconfluorine polysulfide drilling fluid formulation was optimized based on characteristics of salt gypsum layer and argillutite. Laboratory test results showed that SF260 has higher temperature stability, better salt and calcium resistance, and remarkable viscosity reduction effect; SFJ-1 is a better filtrate reducer with thermal stability as it can satisfy the engineering requirements of deep wells drilling in high temperature -condition; SKHM has better inhibition, it can effectively inhibit clay hydration and inflation. Field using showed that siliconfluorine polysulfide drilling fluid has higher temperature tolerance and good rheological property, while with limited bentonite content and strong inhibition; the geology data can be taken fully and truly because cuttings carried by the fluid is representational; the drilling period and socking time were shortened, and formation was protected.
