摘  要:目的:探求抗痫增智颗粒对戊四唑(Pentylenetetrazole,PTZ)致点燃模型大鼠脑内NMDA受体活性及在水迷宫中学习、记忆能力的影响。方法:用亚惊厥剂量的PTZ(32mg/kg)诱发大鼠点燃发作,进行以下观察:①学习记忆能力的测试;②大脑皮层、海马NMDA受体结合量的测试。结果:抗痫增智颗粒能提高点燃模型鼠的学习记忆功能;抑制大脑皮层、海马NMDA受体的活性。结论:该方抗痫、提高学习记忆机制可能与调节NMDA受体活性有关。Objective :This research is to investigate the effect of Chinese medicine Kang Xian Zeng Zhi(KXZZ)Pellet on the activity of NMDA receptor in brain of kindling model rats and their studying memory in water maze induced by Pentylenetetrazole(PTZ). Methods: Acute seLzure of the kinding model was induced by PTZ with the dosage of 32mg/kg. Observation was as follows.-Firstly, the studying memory ability was tested. Secondly, the activity of NMDA receptor cortex and hippocampus was measured. Results : KXZZ pellet can improve the ability of studying memory of the kinding model rats, and it can inhibit the activity of NMDA receptor of cortex and hippocampus. Conclusion :Its therapentic mechanism may be related with regulating the activity of NMDA receptor.
