湿热片的药理作用及毒性研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究湿热片的药效学及毒性。方法 :采用干酵母致大鼠发热、蓖麻油致小鼠腹泻、醋酸致小鼠扭体及体外抑菌等药理模型。结果 :湿热片对干酵母所致的大鼠发热、蓖麻油所致的小鼠腹泻及醋酸引起的小鼠扭体均有明显的对抗作用 ;对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌等试验菌均有一定的抑制作用。急性毒性试验小鼠灌胃最大耐受量为 14 .75 g/kg ,相当于成人日临床用量的 2 0 4倍 ;大鼠 1月长期毒性试验结果表明除给药期间高剂量使血糖升高及谷草转氨酶和胆固醇降低外其余指标及病理切片结果均未见异常。结论 :湿热片具有解热、止泻、镇痛和抑菌作用 ,临床应用较安全。Objective: To study the pharmacological effects and toxicity of Shire Tablets (ST) . Methods: The pharmacological models of pyrexia induced by yeast in rats, diarrhea induced by castor oil in mice, writhes induced by acetic acid in mice and bacteriostatic test in vitro were applied. Results: ST had obvious counteractive effects on yeast induced pyrexia in rats, castor oil induced diarrhea and acetic acid-induced writhes in mice, it also had bacteriostatic and antifungal effects on Escherichia coli?Pseudomonas aeruginosa?Staphylococcus aureus?Candida albicans and so on. Acute toxicity test showed the maximal tolerance dose of ST was 14.75g/kg, which was 204 times as much as the clinic dose a day; long term toxicity test for 1 month in rat showed that large dose of ST increased glucose and decreased the aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and cholesterol of blood, other index and pathological examination didn't show any abnormal phenomena. Conclusion: ST has antipyretic, antidiarrheal, analgesic and antifungal effects in vitro.
