摘　　要：在研究病例诊疗质量的基础上,应用国际疾病分类系统ICD—10编码统计分析59713份出院病历首页信息,应用计算机自动分型方法,把每一个病例分为单纯普通型(A)、单纯急症型(B)、疑难复杂型(C)和危重抢救型(D)4个型。在此基础上对“病种病例数量”、“临床医师诊疗质量”、“临床科室医疗质量”进行了评价。建立了具有选择性、实用性、可操作性强的医疗质量评价指标体系。Based on the study of quality of diagnosis,applying ICD 10 standard in our statistic study to analyze 59713 medical records and to get the information on the first page,with the automatic categorization by computer,we divide all the medical cases into the following four types:(A)simple and common type (B)simple and acute type (C)difficulty and complicated type (D)serious and dying.Based on above classification,we conducted evaluation on the quality of category of disease and case management,quality of clinicians’diagnosis,and medical quality of clinical department.In the end,we established a selective,practical and operational indictors for evaluating medical quality.
