糖尿病合并泌尿系感染的临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :通过分析糖尿病患者合并泌尿系感染的临床特征 ,进一步预防和控制糖尿病的泌尿系感染。方法 :对 4 6 0例糖尿病患者中 15 8例糖尿病患者合并泌尿系感染的临床特征进行回顾性分析。结果 :4 6 0例糖尿病患者中合并泌尿系感染 15 8例 ,在 4 6 0例糖尿病中感染率为 34.35 %。老年糖尿病泌尿系感染的发生率 4 2 .85 % ,明显高于非老年患者 2 9.4 8% ,空腹血糖 >11.1mmol/L者感染率 2 7.76 %明显高于空腹血糖 <11.1mmol/L者 10 .2 3%。泌尿系感染的临床类型以肾盂肾炎和膀胱炎为多见。结论 :糖尿病患者易合并泌尿系感染 ,与性别、年龄、病程、血糖浓度。Objective: To prevent and control diabetes complicated with the infection of urinary system by analyzing the clinical characteristic of diabetes patients complicated with urinary system infection. Methods: 158 cases of diabetes complicated with urinary system infection were reviewed and analyzed. Results: 158 cases of 460 patients with diabetes were complicated with the urinary system infection, and the infection rate was 34.35%,the incident rate of old men was 42.85%,which was much higher than that of non-diabetes old men(29.48%),when glysemia was above 11.1mmol/L without meal, the infection rate was 27.76%, which was higher than that of old men whose glysemia was below 11.1mmol/l(10.23%). The urinary infection such as pyelonephrits and cystitis was common in clinic. Conclusion: The diabetec is easy to complicated with the infection of urinary system, the factors, such as density, complication,etc. have something to do with the sex, age, course of disease, blood sugar.
