脑脉泰胶囊药效学及毒理研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察脑脉泰胶囊的药理作用。方法 :参照文献所记载方法进行实验。结果 :脑脉泰胶囊可明显减轻神经行为障碍 ,减小脑梗塞面积 ,降低血清MDA含量 ;能使大鼠脑缺血时脑组织的病理改变明显减轻 ,毛细血管渗透性降低 ,含水量下降 ;增加家犬脑血管血流量 ;明显抑制大鼠血小板聚集及脑缺血大鼠动脉血栓的形成、降低血清脂质。小鼠灌胃给药最大耐受量相当于临床日用量的 6 0 0倍。长期毒性实验未见明显毒性反应。结论 :脑脉泰胶囊对缺血性脑血管疾病有一定的预防作用 ,对中风急性期有治疗作用 ,无毒副作用。Objective: To observe the pharmacologic action of Nao Mai Kang Capsule. Method: To do pharmacodynamic and toxicologic experiments according to the reference literature. Result: Nao Mai Kang Capsule can obviously lessen the neural behavior disorders, reduce the area of cerebral infarction, and lower MDA content in plasma; it can also obviously decrease the pathologic changes of cerebral ischemia in model rat, lower the permeability of the cerebral capillaries, decrease the water content of the brain tissues, and increase the cerebrovascular blood flow volume of a dog; and it can significantly inhibit the coagulation of platelet aggregation and the thrombosis of cerebral ischemia rat, and lower the plasma lipid. The maximal tolerance dose is amounts to 600 times of the therapeutic dose. And the long-term toxicity-test didn't show obvious toxic reaction. Conclusion: Nao Mai Kang Capsule has a preventive effect to ishcemic cerebral vascular diseases, and a therapeutic effect to stroke cases in acute stage. It has no toxic reaction and side effects.
