针灸综合疗法治疗支气管哮喘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察针灸综合治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法　采用体针、耳压、水针综合治疗支气管哮喘 40例 ,设单纯体针组、中药组为对照组 ,分析 3组间的疗效。结果　综合组总有效率为 95 .0 0 % ,体针组为 80 .5 6% ,中药组为 73 .68% ,3组间疗效比较有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。Purpose To investigate the effect of a combined acupuncture treatment on bronchial asthma. Method Forty patients with bronchial asthma were treated by combined body acupuncture, auricular-plaster therapy and acupoint injection. Simple body acupuncture and Chinese medicine groups were established as controls. A difference in curative effect were investigated among the 3 groups. Results The total effective rate was 95.00% in the combined treatment group, 80.56% in the body acupuncture group and 73.68% in the Chinese medicine group. There was a significant difference in curative effect among the 3 groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect in the combined treatment group is superior to those in the body acupuncture and Chinese medicine groups.
