电针治疗术后胃潴留肠麻痹91例

摘　　要：目的　观察电针治疗术后胃潴留肠麻痹的疗效。方法　 91例腹部手术后排除了机械性梗阻的胃潴留、肠麻痹患者 ,在给于胃肠减压引流过程中 ,取足三里、手三里、上巨虚为主穴 ,予电针治疗。结果　经 1～ 2个疗程 ,治愈 72例 ,有效 17例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率为 97.8%。结论　提示电针是加强胃肠蠕动 ,改善胃潴留、肠麻痹症状 。Purpose To investigate the curative effect of electroacupuncture on postoperative gastric retention and enteroparalysis. Methods In 91 patients with abdominal postoperative gastric retention and enteroparalysis in whom mechanical obstruction was excluded, Zusanli (ST 36), Shousanli (LT 10) and Shangjuxu (ST 37) were electroacupunctured as main points during gastrointestinal decompression and drainage. Results After 1~2 courses of treatment, cure occurred in 72 cases, effectiveness in 17 cases and ineffectiveness in 2 cases, the total effective rate being 97.8%. Conclusion It is suggested that this treatment is an effective method of strengthening gastrointestinal peristalsis, relieving gastric retention and enteroparalysis and shortening the time of gastrointestinal drainage.
