摘　　要：目的　观察针灸加中药热敷患处的方法治疗神经根型颈椎病患者的临床效果。方法　应用针灸加中药热敷患处的方法治疗 15 0例神经根型颈椎病患者并与单纯针灸治疗和单纯中药热敷治疗进行疗效比较。Purpose To investigate the curative effect of acupuncture plus herbal fomentation on nerve root cervical spondylopathy. Methods One hundred and fifty patients with nerve root cervical spondylopathy were treated by acupuncture plus herbal fomentation on the affected part. The curative result was compared with those in simple acupuncture and simple fomentation groups. Results and conclusion The effect was significantly better in the acupuncture plus herbal fomentation group than in the control group.
